It was announced at The Hague yesterday that the German Government would take .the necessary legal steps to ensure the no-operation of the Eeichsbank in tiie International Bank, in ±ace of this decision, Dr. Schaeht, head of tho Eeichsbank, made it known that he would not evade tho consequent obligations.
