TOMORROW'S CONTESTS

The events to be decided at the Kilbirnie Stadium Speedway to-morrow night include a special contest for three of the foremost champions of Ihe speedway— Frank Pearce, Charlie Spinks, and Wally Kilmister. Stirring contests have alreadybeen witnessed between Spinks and Kilmister, both of whom haie given brilliant displays, and with Peares also in action the meeting should provide the best racing and broadsiding evei seen on the track. A few months ago Pearce achieved the distinction of cutting out four laps in 73 3-ssec, faster time for four laps than had been registered previously anywhere in the world. In additioi to their special races, Pearce, Spinks, and Kilmister will compete in the open handicap, and still another attraction will be the final of the Golden Helmet contest bjtween Kilmister and Spinks. Among other prominent riderd taking part at the meeting will be Les. Lawrence and Syd. Perkins, of Australia, and E. Naylor, R. Ranby. P. M'Ghee, T. Wilkinson, W. Harvie, and V. Grove, Provision hai also been made for the second division riders. In view of the marked improvement at the last meeting, it is expected that performances of a very high order wil! be registered tomorrow night. The tusile between "The Flying Three" promises to be a great event. Other particular regarding the meeting are published' slsewhere in this issue. •■
