(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) HAMILTON, This Day. Archibald Garner, assistant sanitary inspector at.Hamilton, was placed <n probation for three jears to-day on 51 charges of small thefts, involving £29. Tfcp thifts consisted of licence fees which,- ho was not authorised to collect and' for which he gave receipts from a book taken from v.be council office.
