Under instructions from the Guardian Trust and Executors Company of N.Z., Ltd., executor of the estate of the late Mrs. Catherine Clayton, Messrs. S. George Nathan and Co. submitted at public auction this morning a property at 5!), Martin. Square, having a frontage of 20ft by a depth of 70ft, together with tho tworoomed brick dwelling thereon. Bidding started at £400 and quickly rose to £525, and the property was sold to Mr. W. Mullane.
