RIDDLE OF ROOM 66
MOTHER'S DEATH IN HOTEL •; SON CHARGED WITH MURDER : (Beceived 9th January, 2.30 p.m.) LONDON, Bth January. The "Evening News" says that the ''riddle of Boom No. 66" as the mysterious death of Bosaline Pox is now known, culminated in a. charge of murder against Bosalinq's son Henry, aged thirty^ a medical student, at present awaiting trial on charges of fraud. Bosaline was found dead in Boom 66 at the Hotel Metropole, Margate, in a chair. The carpet near the lire was smouldering. . The inquest resulted in a verdict of fleath by misadventure, but inquiries of a priyate detective on behalf of insurance companies led tho Margate police to seek the aid of Scotland Yard, resulting, in certain discoveries including a medicinal capsule under the carpet of the bedroom. It is understood that the exhumation of Mrs. Fox J3 body resulted in Sir Bernard Spilsbury, Government Pathologist, reporting that she died befoi'e the lire occurred.
