A long procession of Communists afi the funeral of a suburban comrade murdered by Fascists carried a banner inscribed: "Vengeance For Our Murdered Comrade." The police intervened to confiscate it, and a riot followed. Tnej police allege that the Communists open* ed fire, and they replied in self-defence^ wounding several rioters.
