The Prime Minister, who is spending tho Christmas Parliamentary recess at his native town of Lossiemouth, ScoN land, has been closely engaged during the past week with work relating to the Five Power Naval Conference which opens on 21st January. He has been in telephonic communication daily, with Downing Street, and has kept in closest touch with developments in connection with the Conference. Mr* Mac Donald is duo to leave for .London.' on Thursday, and on Saturday he will meet a party of the delegates who are to be present at the Conference.
