For its meeting at the Basin Eeserv* on Boxing Day afternoon, the Wellington Amateur Athletic Centre "has roared^o "■ effort to provide excellent "sport for holi-day-makers. Noted-athletes and cydirt*' from districts outside Wellington are being brought to-Wellington for the gathering, and their presence, in addition, to that of all .the Wellington champions, should make for greater interest and exciting competition.
