Tho conference on the operation of Dominion legislation' aud merchant shipping legislation concluded to-day. A unanimous report has been made, and, in accordance with the terms of reference, lias been submitted to the respective Governments. Publication of tins report must be deferred until every Government has had a good opportunity of considering the report.
