_ William Clarke pleaded guilty to selling ice cream in a public place on a Sunday and was fined £1.
For failing to observe the statutory halfholiday, Mrs. F. Chappell was convicted and fined £2.
.Cutting a corner cost Joseph Henry Wagg £1.
_ John Pothergill was fined £2 for driving a. car at a dangerous speed, and was convicted and ordered to pay costs only— 10s—on a charge of driving a car at night without proper lights. For using the wrong number plates on a car, Robert lan Map Donald was fined £1. :

On the iirsfc charge he was fined £3, and on the second ordered to pay costs only—lls. Arthur Hemmings Mudgway, for procurl"S liquor during the currency of a prohibition order against him, was fined IUS.N -J< or a similar offence, David Kav was fined £2.
For passing a car on the wrong side, Hilary Francis Neild was fined 10s. Catherine Young was convicted and tinea £2 for overtaking vehicles at an intersection.
