■» -.;.■ The wedding of . Agnes ..Pearl, youngest daughter.; o f, Mr.-. and Mrs. William Bradey, of Pah'autanui, ' and Jack Hall, only son of Mr. and Mrs. A. Wiffin, of Wellington, took place recently at Saint Paul's Pro-Cathedral. The Rev, Mr. Swainson was the officiating clergyman. ; The music (including the '' Wedding March ") was played by Mr. R. Edwards. .The bride,"who" entered the church with her father, wore a. charming gown of deep > cream duchesse satin, cut- on straight lines, the skirt and bodice being: gracefully draped with French silk.laco. . The court train, lined with- shell- pink,, was. handsomely embroidered with a true lover's knotj and wedding bells of silver and pearls. A coronet of orange blossom ' was mounted on a tulle veil, which was worn over the face, and a shower bouquet of beautiful hothouse flowers and maidenhair fern completed a. dainty ensemble. . The' chief bridesmaid; Miss Linda Fisher (Stratford) was in a picture frock of•' lemon; taffetas aiid ' gold lace. Her hat toned with her frock, and she carried -a bouquet of autumntinted flowers and foliage. Misses Gladys Wiffin and Effio Baker wore frocks alike of pale mauve taffetas and I Margot lace, and picture hatsto tone .with, their . frocks.,.-'.- Their .' bouquets were of mauve'and pink- tulips-and anemones. Little Zelma Mexted was flower girl, in a dainty frock of rose taffetas, and carried a gold basket of pink and mauve sweet peas and tulips. Mr. Ronald Dentice was best man, and Mr. Kenneth Bradey and Mr. Milton Mexted,were,groomsmen. After the ceremony the".'-bride's parents .entertained over a hundred guests at the Masonic Hall, The Terrace, where Mrs. Bradey received, wearing a model frock of black ring velvet relieved with touches of flame and gold-embroidery, a black Bankok and satin hat. Her bouquet was of scarlet and autumn tints. Tho bridegroom's mother wore black: georgette and lace jonsemble, and a black hat with touches of lemon.'-The; bride and bridegroom left later for the-South tho bride travelling in an almond green ensemble of silk crepe Louise, oyst.cvcolourcd hat, and fitch fur stole, the gift of tho bridegroom. Prior 'to her marriage, Miss Bradey was-the recipient of a'handsome oak clock,: presented by tho Anglican Ladies' Guild at an afternoon gathering, held at the residence of Mrs. J. Barclay, Pahautanui.
