NEGOTIATING A TREATY

(Received 21st November, 11 a.m.) EUGBY, 20th November. Replying to a question regarding the state of negotiations with the Imam of Yemen, Mr. Lunn said that a communication ivas recently received from the Imam through an unofficial channel, and the British Resident at Aden had been authorised to inform him of the conditions under which Great Britain was prepared to resume negotiations with him with a view to the concluaion of a treaty..
