LONDON, 20th November. Mr. MaeDonald, in answer to a question in ' the House of Commons said he had not consulted the Dominions regarding the publication of correspondence concerning the resumption of Anglo-Eussian relations. Mr. W. Smithers (C.) asked: "Did you not raise our hopes on 11th July by stating that the question of publication would bo considered?" Mr. MaeDonald replied: "It was considered, and this is the result."
