DELHI, 19th .November. A conference of Indian political leaders at Allahabad passed a resolution viewing with misgiving and dissatisfaction the recent debates in Parliament'on the Viceroy's declaration regarding Dominion status for India, but the conference decided to stand by the Delhi manifesto—which accepted the viceroy's offer of a round-table conference—and hopes that there will bo a lull and early response to the same.
