COMMISSION IN GERMANY

BEELIN, 18th November. A commission from Moscow has arrived to reorganise the Russian aluminium industry. The Soviet Government proposes to spend £3,000,000 for this purpose. Works are being built close to the great water power station at Dnjrostroz, and will eventually produce 20,000,000 tons per annum. -Much plant is being purchased in Germany.
