Murray, Roberts and Co., Ltd., are in receipt of the following wool market cablegram from their London agents: —"Sales ha\'e opened, large attendance of buyers, competition good, Continental buyers principal operators; merino, good selection offered; greasy merino advanced o to 7% per cent.; fine descriptions show the greatest advance; scoured merino advanced 5 per cent.; scoured merino skin wool market shows no change; crossbred greasy fine advanced 5 to Vk per cent.; crossbred greasy medium and coarse, and crossbred scoured, advanced 5 per cent. • slipe fine crossbred, par to o per cent decline; slipe crossbred, other descriptions market shows no change."
