NEW PLYMOUTH, This Day
The quarterly session of the Supremo Court opened to-day before Mr. Justice MaeGregor. There was a heavy, list of criminal cases for consideration of the grand jury. . Thig was regretted by the Judge, who, in his charge, commented upon the large number of cases of breaking and entering and theft, which disclosed something in the nature of an epidemic. Lawrence James Sales pleaded guilty to three charges of indecent assault on males, and was remanded for sentence.
