(Becei%-ed 19th November, 2 p.m.) CAPE TOWN, 18th Nov. me Appeal .Court confirmed the judgment of the Cape Supreme Court m awarding the editor of the "CapeTimes" £100 against the Nationalist newspaper "Die Burger" for an implication that he deliberately falsified a report of a speecli of General Hertzo" prior to the General Election to make it appear that he accused 'the South, African Party (Dutch) of being soulless, an error due to the mistranslation or a reporter.
