LONDON, 18th November.

The death 'has occurred of Mr. T. P. O'Connor, Father of the House of Commons. Lord Dawson of Perm visited Mr. T. P. O'Connor yesterday and took a message of sympathy and good wishes from the King. Though asleep, Mr. O'Connor awakened, and smiled and nodded to show that he understood the message. During the night he lost consciousness and gradually became weaker.
