OVER SCOTLAND

ILLUMINED BY FULL MOON

CROWDS ENJOY SPECTACLE

LONDON, 17th November. Airship ElOl made a picturesque sight as it passed over the hills en route ■to Edinburgh, in a clear, frosty air, illumined by a full moon. It then passed on to Glasgow, down the Clyde. Crowds rushing out at the sound of the engines saw the cabin illuminated by navigating lights, and the shining silvery hull. The airship continued westward, heading for Belfast, which was reached at 10 p.m. It then turned back on the homeward journey.

The flight was undertaken unexpectedly. It is the longest yet made by tho ElOl.
