Following this ceremony His Excellency addressed a large gathering in me theatre, and presented the prizes won in the Navy League's annual essay competition.
To-mght Their Excellencies were accorded a civic reception .by the Mayor (Mr, J. Vigor Brown), in the presence oi a large and enthusiastic gathering
