SHORTT'S THEATRE.
"Where East Is East," which is, being shown at Short's Theatre, Is laid in the jungles of Siam. Lon Chancy plays the role of "Tiger" Haynes, trapper of wild beasts in his jungle fastness, and here, with the one love of his life, his daughter, played by Lupe Velez h<; dwells tn comparative peace until another woman comes into their lives. Estelle Taylor plays this role. The triangle turns Into' an astounding plot. Lloyd Hughes plays tho romantic lead as the young Westerner visiting the tropics. The second attraction is "Hold Em Yale," featuring Rod La Itocque and Jeannctte Loft. It Is the story of a South American s adventures at the famous university.
