Junior A,

Kilbirnie, first innings 214 (Algar 49, Kershaw 48, Morris 34, Clarke 24, Edmonds 20). Bowling for 'Varsity, Osborne took three wickets for 26 runs, Williams three for 55, Harrison three for 58. 'Varsity, first innings 139 runs for two wickets (Robinson 62 not out, Osborn 31, Paetz 22 not out, Wilson 17).

Junior B.

Railways, "playing two short, scored 228 (G. Hoare 98, Gray 37, Dwan 20, Bryant 16 not out, Black 15). Bowling for Old Boys, Binnie four for 63, Souter two for 33. Old Boys made 218 for eight wickets (Binnie'69, P. Broad 23, Stain'ton 21, Casey 19, Childs 17 not out). Bowling for Railways, Gray five for 50. University, 350 (M'Carthy 109, Rae 47 Gibson 46, Martin 41, Osborn 20 not out Francis'l9, and Walker 15), v. Wellington, 70 for three wickets (Fouliy 25 not out and Tuckwell 23). United, 119 and 10 for no wickets (Aldridge 43, Davis 34), defeated Petone A, 42 and 78 (Asplet 19, Foster 19). The successful bowlers for United were: Aldridge eight for 24, Davis six for 11, Godfrey four for 30; Gregory three for 9, Croft two for 17, Laracy two for 23 were Petbne's principal trundlet's.

Seatoun, 202 (Canute 122, Tucker 40), defeated Hutt, 128 (Muir 54, Lanford 30), by 76 runs on the first innings.

Third -B.

Kilbu-nie 78 (Koroueho 20, Outhwaite 19, Banfield 19 not out) and 87 (Koroneho 22, J. Ashenden 15) defeated Seatoun 62 (Brown 24) and 30 by 73 runs. Bowling for Kilbirnie, Koroneho five for 37 and seven for 13, J. Ashenden three for 14 and three for 11; for Seatoun, Taylor eight for 47, M'Girr five for 19. Kilbirnie scored an eight-point vein United 167 for five wicketß declared (Garrett 64 not out, Cook 60) defeated Railways 73 and 39., M'lntyre seven for 16, Cook four for 8, were United's most prominent bowlers.

Institute, 123 (Fulton. 36, Cranmer 30, Ferguson 22), defeated Petohe, 87 (Watt

36). Bowling for Institute, Jamicson took five wickets for 35 ruus.

BOYS' ASSOCIATION, Senior.

United 57 and 112 (O'Sullivan 35 not out, Bond 25, Meech 22) were defeated by St. Patrick's College, 05 and 57 for four wickets. Sukroo five for 28, Finnigan five for 21, and Johns five for 20 were St. Patrick's best bowlers; Young six for 18, Hardy four for 11, bowled best for United. Brooklyn 49 and 31 for four wickets defeated Seatoun 15 and 52 by six wickets. Intermediate A. Seatoun 129 (Sergent 30, Caisley 19, Janes 17) defeated Khandallah 35 and 70 by an innings and 24 runs. Intermediate B. St. Patrick's (119) defeated Seatoun (35 and 67) by an innings and 17 runs. Junior. Seatoun (70 and 53) defeated Institute B (64 and 40) by 15 runs. j
