10-day s sitting of the Magistrate's Court was presided over by Mr T B M'Neil,' S.M.
One first offender for drunkenness was convicted and discharged. Eugene Doherty, aged 39, and John lraynur, aged 42, were each fined £1 for fighting in Taranaki street.
Three first offenders for drunkenness were convicted and fined 10s at the Mount Cook Police Court this morning. Mr. "W. H. Coy, J.P., was on the Bench.
