PETITION SUCCEEDS

Ralph Leeming.was granted a decree nisi against Marie Leeming on the ground of adultery by Mr. Justice Blair in the Supreme Court to-day. A cross-petition on a similar ground was withdrawn. Mr. A. B. Sievwright appeared for Leeming, Mr. E. P. Hay for Mrs. Leeming, and Mr. H. IT. Cornish for the co-respondent. On the wife's petition, the intervenor was represented by Mr. P. J. o'Regan.
