POSSIBILITIES OF SHIPMENTS

Colonel Dunlop Young, Veterinarian to the City of London, in a paper read before the British Refrigeration Association, said his recent tour in Australia and New Zealand impressed oil him that it was impossible to realise how we could exist without refrigeration. ]t was incorrect to Bay that chilled meat cannot be brought from the Dominions. He was absolutely certain that engineers will eventually bring chilled meat from Australia and !\ew Zealand satisfactorily. If the meat is of the same quality as South American and iii sufficient quantity ship* should load at the nearest port 'to Bri-tain,-and come direct and dicharge at the first, suitable.port.
