ANNOUNCEMENT EXPECTED
(Received 14th November, 8 a.m.) SYDNEY, 13th November. The compulsory conference of parties to the coal dispute ended this evening without an agreement having been reached. The whole discussion had been narrowed down to the question of a slight reduction of wages. Mr. Hibble, the chairman, who is empowered to make a decision Under the Industrial Peace Act, will deliver a pronouncement to-morrow.
