BVGBY, 11th November. The King I/as appointed the Right Hon. Frank Russell, one of the Lords Justices of Appeal, to be Lord of Appeal in Ordinary in place of Lord Carson. His Majesty has also appointed Sir Mark Romer, one of the Judges of tho High Court of Justice in Chancery, to be a Lord Justice of Appeal.
