At 2SO a.m a passing motorist found the party on the side of the road. Wilson was in a dying state, West was severely injured, and the girls slightly. Evidence showed that there had" been no drink at the dance. West said that the car was travelling at 40 miles an hoar, and got into the grass at the side of the road and turned over ' twice. The Coroner found that Wilson had been accidentally killed through being thrown from a car driven by himself which swerved and overturned.
