President Masaryk, of Czecho-Slo-vakia, is one of the oldest Heads of States in Europe. On 7th March next year he Trill be 80. Despite his advanced age he is unusually fresh in body and mind. He owes his good health to his simple and truly welldisciplined habits of life, his abstinence from alcohol and nicotine, and to physical exorcise and sport.
