SYDNEY WOOL SALES.
SIDNEY, 12th November. • At the wool sales to-day the market was firm with good bidding. Prices were well up to the average of late sales. Greasy merino made 20M. A total of 8310 bales were sold.
Messrs. Murray, KoberLs, and" Co., Lul are in rocipt of the following cablegram from their London agents, dated 12th No-vember:—'-The following vessels have arrived in time for the consignments of wool by ■them to be offered in the next series: Mahia, Mataroa, Tainui. Cumberland, Xorthumberland, Karanien."
Messrs. Dalgety and Co.. London, report, 12th November:—"The following vessels in which we are interested have arrived in time' for the sales commencing on the 19th instant. The list o£ arrivals closed on the 11th instant. Our selling dates are the 25th instant and 4th December. Mahia, Mataroa, Tai'mii, Cumberland, Northumberland, Karamea. The quantities available / are: —Australian, 46,000 bales; New Zealand, 20,500; South America, 3500; Cape, 3000; carried forward, 53,000"
