CRAIG INVESTMENT, LTD.

The directors of the Craig Investment Company, Ltd., announce "the issue of a large amount of further capital in 82 500 ordinary shares of £1 each. The company will continue its business as brokers, underwriters, and financial agents, and will combine with this the operations of an investment trust. The directors anticipated that dividends of 10 per cent, can be paid. It is stated that the company and its predecessor have been associated with financial issues totalling approximately £1,250,000. Interest or dividend has been or is being paid, on £930,000 of share capital and debenture stock issued by companies with which it has been associated m the past.
