The Duke of Tori, speaking befora the National Playing Fields Association, said that four years' work had resulted in the establishment of fortythree county branches and 427 schemes, involving a capital expenditure of 1$ millions, have been formulated. Money gifts, including £200,000 from the Carnegie trustees, help the provision of playing fields.
