BOY KILLED

NEW PLYMOUTH, 6th October. Laurence Jordan, aged 13, was knocked down by a car on Saturday afternoon and died soon after being admitted to hospital. The accident occurred in the dense traffic returning from the Bell Block aerodrome, where four aeroplanes had been giving a demonstration. A fractured skull was the cause of death. The driver of the car was Douglas Lobb.
