SUBURBS CLUB
The Suburbs Rifle Club fired the second fehoot of its first series at Trentham on Saturday, the ranges being 300' and 500 yardd. The weather conditions were tricky, with a feathered wind. During the lulls the scratch men were caught napping, but the handicap men showed to better advantage: At'3oo yards W. E. Aston made the. good; score of 44, this being his tost shoot of _ the season. At 500, yards the nsh-tail.wind sent many shots astray' Deputy-President Bitters being top with 44i iwo of the younger shots came first and second, for the'day.
