The weather has. been fair generally, though* yostorday cloud \va3 very provalent, and during the night and this morning a few Isolated showers were reported. South-westerly winds freshened somewhat yesterday, but by 9 a.ra, to-day winds had again become northerly from Cook Strait southwards, aud conditions wore mainly mild and pleasant. A small anticyclone Is now crossing the Dominion with Us centre to tho northwards.
