A first offender for drunkenness was convicted and discharged in the Magistrate's Court this morning,' and another, who did not appear, was fined 10s, tho amount of his bail. For his second offence of drunkenness, James Michael Simeon, a tailor, aged 57, was fined 10s, in default forty-eight hours' imprisonment.
