MELBOTJENE, 4th August, waterfront trouble is again looming A proposal will be submitted to the Port Phillip Stevedores' Association oa Tuesday that all labour should be withdrawn from the waterfront unless the shipowners attend at "pick-up" points appointed by the Court for the engagement of labour;, also that unionilts shall refuse to handle boats upon which non-union labour is employed. ^ c,. Stevedores' Association states that the majority of. their men are on the verge of starvation, and are getting no work. • 6 b
