RIGA, IBth July. The Chinese Charge d 'Affaires ana the staff of the Chinese Embassy on leaving Moscow, were escorted by an detachment of the O.G.P.TL, and Bed officers.
A powerful air squadron is being established on the Manchurian. frontier and infantry, cavalry and tank diTi« sious are being reinforced.
