SHANGHAI, 18th July.

An unmistakable warning has been delivered to Japan against Japanese intervention on the Manehurian question by Yeh Tsuchang, the Kuomintang Publicity Director. Yeh accused Japanese newa agencies of circulating exaggeratedly alarming reports, hoping to create a proper atmosphere preparatorr to Japanese intervention under the excuse of protecting the interests of nationals. The territory is coveted by Japan for colonising purposes. Three hundred more carloads of munitions are reported to have left for th« border. .Several armoured cars ar» preparing to depart.
