B J- teani:Goal, Sage (South Wellington); full-backs V (i,"V ace)' MarP'e (Newtown),' halves, Wilson (Karori), Lark (Terrace) Bentley (South Wellington); forwards Cotter (Hataitai), Brycc (Berhampore), Brown (lerraee), Kelly (Berhampore), Hamilton (Newtown). The A team will play Manawatu A for the Clilf Shield as a curtain-raiser to the Australia v. Wellington match at the Basin Reserve to-morrow afternoon. The B teams will play each other at Newtown Park in the morning at 10 a.m. A tea is being arranged for the boys early m the evening, and a visit to the Winter Show will follow. The Manawatu boys will return to Palmerston North on Sunday. OTAKI v. WELLINGTON. A hockey match between Otaki and Wellington representative players took place at Otaki on Wednesday. Otaki won, after a dashing game, by a goal, scored by V. Morgan, to nil. The game was witnessed by a large number of spectators. In the evening the visitors were entertained. Mr. H. Nicolson, president of the association, extended a warm welcome to the city representatives.
