LONDON, 15th July. Obituary.—Sir Hartley "Williams, formerly puisne Judge of Victoria, aged 86 years.
Sir Hartley "Williams was born in Victoria, and -was the second sou of Sir Eyre Williams, a former Judge of the Victoria Supreme Court. He was appointed a Judge of the Supreme Court in Victoria iv 1881, and was senior puisne Judge from 1886 to 1903.
