TOOTH'S BREWERY BONUS ISSUE.
Directors of Tooth and Co., Ltd., are asking shareholders to capitalise £485,022, part of the undivided profits now standing to the credit of the assets revaluation fund. A special capital bonus of that amount will then be declared, and such bonus will be distributed amongst shareholders in the proportion of one new ordinary share to every eight shares of the present 3,884,976 ordinary shares now issued and fully paid up. The shares so distributed are to be treated for all purposes as an increase of the nominal amount of the capital of the company held by each shareholder, and not as income. The new issue will participate to the extent of three months, that is from Ist July, in any dividend that shall be declared in October or November next in respect of profits-accrued to 30th September. The authorised capital of the company at present is £4,000,000, mid it is proposed to increase that capital to £7,000,000 by the creation of 3,000.000 .-new-ordinnrv shares of £1 .each. '
