MELBOURNE, This Day. A bombshell in State political circlei came last night in the unexpected resignation from the Cabinet of Messrs. Menzies and Saltau, honorary Ministers, and Kent Hughes, Secretary to tho Cabinet. The reason given by the Premier wj^ that tho three differed trom the other Ministers regarding the Government's policy of spending £60,----000 on the reopening of country freezuig works. The vacant positions wers filled immediately.
