LONDON, Ist July. In regard to the Prinsep ease, in which the actress Marie Lohr is concerned, Mr. Justice Hill decided that £ 23,000 should be paid to Prinsep, who should pay all costs. The rest of his mother's money, amounting to £40,000, would bo re-settled for Prinsep's benefit.
