It is pleasing to record that one of tho club' 3 senior members, Alf Harris, notched a possible recently. K. E. Hester and JL R. Hunt, with B. Mottram (first emergency) were chosen to represent the club In the Wellington team which competes with association teams throughout tho Empiro In this year's match for tho B.S.A. Cup. Tho rosult or tho Juno competition is just to haud. In tho A grado Dr. Haywood secured a popular win with three 69's (207), Ho is shooting very well and has now registered 69's for each of his last five shoots. H. B. Hunt was second with an aggregate of 206. A Stewart (203) easily led for first placo iv the B grade. This young competitor, whoso outdoor performance with the .303 riflo is of a very high order, will soon Qualify for A grade. Other leading scores in B grade were W. Potter 190, Pattlson 109, Hartnell 194, Mrs. Peat 194, and Eldridgo 190. Four now members were onrollod last week. In its match against Brooklyn, Uia Suburbs "B" team was beaten by 3 points. Hoffeins made 68 for the wiuniug team, and Stewart 68 and Potter 67 for tho losers. Young, who commonccd shooting this year, secured 66 his best shoot so far. Mombers aro reminded that on Thursday evening the secretary requires tho names (and entry fees) of those members who intend to competo in the New Zealand championship meeting.
