Wool Realisation Association (Bawra) on an appeal by the association against taxa? tion assessments for the years 1922-23 to 1927-28, inclusive. The sum involved is approximately £165,860. The Judge also found in favour of Sir John Higgins, who, as trustee, appealed against his assessment in respect of three years.
