SYDNEY, This Day. ■ Speaking at the official luncheon of the Sheep Show in Sydney, Mr. Bruce emphasised the seriousness of the competition of artificial silk with the wool industry. This would be greatly reflected in the economic position as it would become more and more intense. The cost of production must come down and scientific research must be applied. The Government was prepared to assist in this direction, in the first place, by directing its efforts towards the health problems of sheep. '"
