RANFURLY SHIELD
The Manawatti-Hbrowhenua Rugby Union.has.notified that it desires its match with Wairarapa, on the. 17th .August/to be for the Ranfurly Shield, provided the trophy is still held by Wairarapa on that date.
The Southland Union has made a similar notification regarding its match; with Wairarapa on' the 31st August.
