MINOR CITY WORKS
A contribution of £30 from the Ngaio Anglican Church authorities for the construction of steps at Kenya street has been accepted, and the work will be undertaken by the City Council at an estimated cost of £70. Authority has been granted for a light running surface to be placed on Resolution, . Yule and Salek etreets as- soon as possible, and the sealing work completed during the next paving season. The work of forming a pathway in order to give access to Highland Park from the Hutt road is not to be undertaken at the present time.
